Frequently Asked Questions
ePlatform uses a Shared Collection model, where schools subscribe for an annual fee to access a large, professionally curated library of eBooks and/or Audiobooks, rather than purchasing individual titles. This subscription model gives schools access to their own branded digital library with a collection tailored to their needs. Pricing is based on school size, with options for small schools and the ability to add private content like Class Sets or build a private collection on top of a shared collection.
We understand that each school is unique, requiring specific features to support its students and staff. Above you can see the features included in the different plans to support your schools need. If you need help in choosing the right plan for your school, reach out to our sales team.
Whilst we don’t offer a permanent free plan, we do provide a free trial so you can evaluate ePlatform with your staff and students, or a login to one of our demonstration sites. Talk to us to set one up for your school.
We offer Small School Plans for schools with fewer than 350 students at a discounted price. We also offer Bulk discounts for Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs). Tell us about your context and we’ll confirm what offers are available.
General Terms *
- Prices exclusive of Sales Tax in EUR

- EPL eBooks and Audiobook Shared Collection plans enable a school to join as a member of a consortium of schools. Annual fees purchase new copies/titles and pay for platform hosting. The members of the consortium license the digital titles as a group, and only current paid up members have access to the titles
- Includes set-up of a new platform, LMS API if available, school wide access, school or public library consortium features, tech support, and access to promotional materials
- We reserve the right to review prices should market conditions or third party services change

- Fair use limits apply to EPL eBook & Audiobook shared collections to ensure equitable access to titles and are set to generous levels, please contact us for details

EPL Hosting Plan Terms

- This is for customers who do not join our eBooks & Audiobooks Shared Collection plans and wish to purchase titles separately.
- The fee is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
- The fee covers hosting for one year and is non-refundable. eBooks and Audiobook title purchases need to be paid for in addition to the hosting fee
- Schools can change to the content credit plan at the end of any year
Consortium Member Terms

- The fee is invoiced and payable on registration and then the anniversary of registration thereafter
